Customer Service


Question:  If I have a question and want to talk to a live person, can I?

Answer:  Yes, the Outdoor Sportsman Group (OSG) Store hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm CST Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.  You can call 1-800-260-6397 to speak to a customer service representative during these times.  You can also email your question to:  customerservice@outdoorsg.com




Question:  I’ve placed my order online, now when will it ship?

Answer:  Online orders placed before 11:59pm CST will be processed the following business day.  For example, an order placed at 7:00pm Monday night will be processed and ready to ship on Tuesday morning.  Orders places between 12:00am Friday morning and 11:59pm Sunday night will be processed on Monday morning.  The IMO shipping department is closed on weekends and major holidays, so if your order is placed the day before a major holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day after that holiday. 

Please Note:  If you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on Monday (unless Monday is a major holiday, in that case Tuesday).  Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and ready to ship.

Important Note About UPS Shipping options:

If you choose UPS 2nd day or UPS overnight it will ship the following business day.  If you make a purchase on Monday afternoon and choose UPS overnight, that order will ship on Tuesday and deliver on Wednesday.  Another example, an order placed 2nd day delivery on Tuesday, will ship on Wednesday, deliver on Friday.  If you place an order on Friday and choose UPS overnight or 2nd day, the package will ship on Monday and deliver on Tuesday for overnight and Wednesday for 2nd day.  UPS does not deliver on Saturday.


Question:  What are your shipping rates?

Question:  I’ve selected standard shipping, will I receive a tracking number?

Answer:  No, we do not apply a tracking numbers to standard USPS shipping.  Your domestic order should arrive 7-10 business days after it has left the IMO warehouse.  If your merchandise does not arrive within 30 days of placing order, please call 1-800-260-6397.


Question:  I like my packages delivered to my back door, not front, can I leave a message asking you to do so?

Answer:  We do not have any control on where your local delivery person leaves packages, you will need to make arrangement with them, not OSG.


Back Orders


Question:  I placed an order online but one of the items was not included in the confirmation, what happened?

Answer:  When an item is not in stock at the time an order is placed the item is placed on back order.  When the item is restocked, it will be processed and shipped to you.  Your credit card will not be charged for that item until it is back in stock and ready to ship. 


Coupon Codes


Question:  I received a coupon code, how do I apply it to my order?

Answer:  In your cart at the top right of your screen, you will see a box where you can input your coupon code.


Question:  I have two coupon codes, can I use both on one purchase?

Answer:  No, only one coupon code can be use per purchase.


Question:   Can I use a coupon code for a  magazine subscription?

Answer:   No, coupon codes can only be used on merchandise not subscriptions.




Question:  I would rather send in my order via mail, where do I send and if I want to pay by check to whom do I write the check out to?

Answer:  Orders can be mailed in, but must contain payment, we do not accept “bill me” orders for merchandise.  Checks should be made out to “Outdoor Sportsman Group”
